Limited Warranty

	LIMiTED WARRANTY
	The seller warrants that products will be free from defects of workmanship & material, and agrees to replace defective goods or repay the purchase price, at his option, only after receiving and inspecting the products and confirming that the defect exists. Buyer must return any goods subject to warranty and seller will bear the cost of shipping only after he has sent the buyer definite shipping instructions. In no event will the seller be obligated for repayment of purchase price or replacement of any of the products damaged if, in seller's sole opinion, the damage is due to the following:
1.	Damage due to fire, accident, vandalism or road hazard.
2.	Misapplication such as, but not limited to, installation of used tube in a new tire, use of passenger type tube in other than passenger type tires such as light truck or farm wagon tires unless recommended by seller, tubes installed in tire sizes other than those printed on the tube, or tubes in raidal tires not specifically designed for such use.
3.	Abuse such as, but not limited to improper inflation, demounting or mounting damage, or running when flat, overloaded or at excess speeds.
4.	Damage due to atmospheric deterioration.
	Any product, no matter how well constructed, may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due to conditions beyond the control of seller. Nothing in this warranty is intended to be representation by seller that such failures cannot occur.
	Seller's liability and buyer's remedies are limited, at seller's option, to the replacement of any such goods at the f.o.b. point stated herein or repayment of the purchase price and does not cover nor extend incidental or consequential damages.
